Justin Bartolo

Rink and Clubhouse Manager

Our rink managers and their assistants act under the direction and with the authority of the Board of Governors.  Justin, Bruce, Rick, Jay, Larry, Jake, and all of the guys make it look easy, but there is a lot of hard work and long hours that goes into making the Club operate so smoothly.  It is a difficult task to run the daily schedule of the Club, its programs, machinery, equipment, and the clubhouse for the safe enjoyment of the membership.  Cooperation and respect are essential.

The Board and Membership will be forever grateful to Bruce Bartolo who has been part of the New Canaan Winter Club for over 40 years, mostly in the capacity of Rink Manager. During that time, Bruce and his staff have worked tirelessly to ensure our outdoor rink has thrived in all weather conditions. We are especially lucky that Bruce has passed down all of his knowledge over the years and this extends to his son Justin Bartolo who now serves as the full time rink manager.
